James Monroe Harris was born on May 19, 1917 in Pike Co., Kentucky and died on 
November 26, 1994 in Huntington, Cabell Co.,West Virginia. He was the husband of 
Georgianna Webb. He was the son of John Crit Harris and Montana Smith. 
John Crit Harris was born on March 12, 1880 at Fords Branch, Pike Co., Kentucky 
and died on October 19, 1957 in Boyd Co., Kentucky. He was a coal miner, farmer, 
and ran a store. He was the husband of Montana Smith and Lilly Jane Prater. He 
fathered 22 kids. He was the son of John H Harris & Mary Ford.
Lilly Jane Prater was born on July 06, 1902 in Pike Co., Kentucky and died on 
October 17, 1988 in Boyd Co., Kentucky. She was the wife of John Crit Harris and 
they had 13 children. Lilly was the daughter of Gilliam Prater and Mary Jane 
Gillespie.
Kenneth Leibee was born on March 30, 1927 in Catlettsburg, Boyd Co.,Kentucky and  
died on January 12, 2007 in Ashland, Boyd Co., Kentucky. He was the husband of 
Columbia Jane Harris.
Columbia Jane Harris was born on October 26, 1925 in Pike Co., Kentucky and died 
on June 12, 2005 in Ashland, Boyd Co., Kentucky. She was the daughter of John 
Crit Harris and Lilly Jane Prater. 
Crit & Lilly were my grandparents.
