Nancy Ann Wolford, 21, of Stopover, died Tuesday, 
Jan. 14, 2003, at Thacker, W.Va., a result of injuries 
sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born in Pikeville, Oct. 13, 1981, a daughter of Isaac 
and Eunice Dotson Wolford.

She was a homemaker and of the Presbyterian faith.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sophia 
and Jessie Wolford; two sisters, Sharon Kay and Louise Marie; 
and two uncles.

Besides her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Timmy 
Wolford and Isaiah Wolford, both of Stopover; two sisters, 
Bertha (Mrs. Marty) Gearles of Majestic and Barbara Kaye 
(Mrs. Hollie) Robinette of Stopover; and a special companion, 
Anthony Hensley of Freeburn.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, in 
the Shepard Memorial Presbyterian Church, Stopover, with 
the Revs. DeWitt Furrow, James Chapman and Harold Layne 
officiating. Burial will follow in the Frank Robinette Cemetery, 
Stopover. Arrangements are under direction of Phelps Funeral
 Services of Phelps.
Special services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday.
