She was born in Pike County, Nov. 28, 1960, a daughter of the late Anna Rae Sanders Looney. She was a homemaker and of the Freewill Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rick Parker. She is survived by her husband, John Patrick Ousley; two daughters, Serina Parker and Amanda Faith Looney, both of the home; two stepdaughters, Ashley Nicole Ousley and Audrea Lynn Ousley, both of the home; three brothers, Ray Gene Looney of Tennessee, Homer Looney Jr., Gary Looney; and three sisters, Deborah Mullins of Millard, Sabrina Carter of Marrowbone and Pamela May of Winchester. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, in the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Tackett and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Chloe Road. Arrangements are under direction of Thacker Memorial Funeral Home of Pikeville.
