Born August 30, 1943, in Pike County, Ky., she was a daughter of the late Harrison and Ora Varney Murphy. She was also preceded in death by husband, Letcher Taylor. She was a homemaker. Survivors: daughter, Gloria Jean Hunt, Phyllis; sons, Garred Taylor, Belcher, Ky., Larry and Worley Taylor, both of Mouthcard, Ky., Jerry, Perry Dale and Letcher G.
