Born Oct. 11, 1986, at Pike County, she was the daughter of Darlene Hayes Hopkins of Pikeville and the late James G. "Jimmy" Hopkins. She was a student at Millard Grade School. Survivors in addition to her mother, half-sister, Marlena Lynn Justice; grandmothers, Irene Hayes and Rushie M. Hopkins; grandfathers, Harrison Hayes and James C. Hopkins.
