Born October 29, 1910, at Esco, Ky., she was a daughter of the late Willard and Jennie Tackett Damron. She was also preceded in death by husband, Kelly Pugh. She was a retired Pike County school teacher and a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Survivors: son, Charles Pugh, Johnson City, Tenn.; and sister, Ann Hunt, Robinson Creek, Ky. Funeral: 1 p.m., today at R.S. Jones and Son, Virgie Chapel with the Rev. Kaminski Robinson officiating. Burial: Damron Cemetery, Esco, Ky. Active Pallbearers: Jimmy Miller, Troy Bryant, Kermit Smith, Charles Johnson, Steve Johnson, Mike Harley, and Ray S. Jones. Gary Trivette, 43, of Phyllis, Ky., died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at Phyllis, Ky. Born April 23, 1955, in Pike County, Ky., he was a son of Goble and Sarah Branham Trivette, both of Pikeville, Ky. He was preceded in death by: daughters, Katie Nicole and Jessica Lynn Trivette; and brother, Donnie Trivette. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors in addition to his parents: wife, Gretta Adams Trivette, Phyllis; daughter, Kayla Reene Trivette, Phyllis; brother, Larry Trivette, Knoxville, Tenn.; and sisters, Ella Mae Hamilton, Pikeville, Faye Ann Anderson, Phyllis, Irene Howard, Toler Creek, Ky. Funeral: 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 26, 1999, Upper Grapevine Church of Christ with Dean Lyons, Harold Hensley, Howard Pugh, Jack Horn and others officiating. Burial: Anderson Cemetery, Anderson Fork, Grapevine, Ky. Visitation: after 6 p.m. tonight at the church with services at 7 p.m. nightly. Adolph Aragon, 92, of Elkhorn City, Ky., died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1999, in Pikeville Methodist Hospital, Pikeville, Ky. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Bailey Funeral Home, Elkhorn City.
