This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Peggy Fischer, mspiggy@fidnet.com, 15 Jul 2001 ==================================================================== Pulaski County Kentucky Deed...FHL #0804600 This Deed of seperation made and entered into by and between Joseph Inabinett & Rachel Inabinett his wife and William Owens trustee for the said Rachel the said Joseph and Rachel Inabinett have and doth hereby mutually agree to seperate and the said William Owens trustee as aforesaid agrees to receive the property assigned to the said Rachel and apply it to the sole use and benefit of the said Rachel and to indemify the said Joseph Inabinett aforesaid any contract or debt which the said Rachel may incur or any claim to support which the said Rachel may have upon the said Joseph or any claim the said Rachel may have for Dower or allimony - In consideration of the premises aforesaid the said Joseph Inabinett binds himself to refund to the said Rachel all the property or Money which he received by her in lieu of any claim she may have upon him for support or Dower consisting of some Money the amount of which is to be asertained hereafter one horse beast - 3 cows two beds and furniture & two bed steads one table 6 chairs 12 plates 3 dishes - 7 Pitchers 14 glass tumblers - 2 tea pots-one sugar bowl, cream pitcher - 1 sod Iron 2 Trunks one four gallin pot 1 oven 1 skillet & lid- one Saddle blanket & bridle one sifter & coffee Mill 2 sets of tea cups & saucers 1 coffee pot & wash pan 1 Wash Tub one churn 2 pales 1 set Knives & forks 1 set of glass coffee plales 1 glass dish 1 candle stick 2 pair pot hooks 1 pair gear - one lard stand & lard one blind bridle 175 llbs pork one axe one iron wedge - one plow two hoes 3 table spoons one iron shovel one looking glass one set of spoons 4 slays one pair weavers harness one flax wheel 2 crocks one tray 6 llbs coffee 6 llbs sugar and one cag of soap - The said Joseph binds himself to give the aforesaid property to the said rachel Rachel Inabinett agrees to receive the aforesaid property and money from the said Joseph in lieu of any claim for support or allimony or Dower- Given under our hands and seal this 6th day of July 1846 - Joseph Inabinett Rachel x Inabinett William Owens Attest Jeff Gilmore W.
