Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin Stogsdill of the County of Pulaski and State 
of Kentucky have bargained and sold unto Robert Graves of the County and State aforesaid 
and contain tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County of Pulaski and State 
aforesaid lying and being on Flatlick Creek, containing fifty acres more or less it being 
one half of the land purchased by Vachel Stogsdill and Benjamin Stogsdill brothers and 
allso one half of the Mill on the said land to which land and Mill I Benjamin Stogsdill do 
bind my selfe my eirs and assines to make unto the said Robert Graves a good right and 
title to the said fifty acres of land and one half of the said Mill under the penalty of 
five hundred Dollars it being for Value received of him as Witness my hand and Seal this 
twenty sixth day of September eighteen hundred and nine.

At a county Court held for Pulaski County at the Courthouse thereof in Somerset on this day 
23rd day of March 1818. This Bond was proved to be the act and deed of Benjamin Stogsdill 
by the oath of Thomas Reid and of the Subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be 
Recorded and the same is done accordingly
