DEED: Benjamin Stogsdill heirs vs. Vachel Stogsdill heirs (1813) - Pulaski Co, KY - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Submitted by Peggy Fischer, mspiggy@fidnet.com Date: 22 Jul 2001 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - SURNAMES: Stogsdill Pulaski County Kentucky Deed...FHL #0804636 This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of July in the year One thousand eight hundred and thirteen we William Fox & James Hardgrove of the County of Pulaski and State of Kentucky appointed by and Interluctory decree of the Circuit Court held for the County aforesaid in the ___ in Ch___ pending in the said Court wherein the heirs and Representatives of Benjamin Stogsdill Deceased are Complainants and the heirs and Representatives of Vachel Stogsdill Decd Defendants of the one part and the said heirs and Representatives of Benjamin Stogsdill Decd of the Other part Witnesseth that the said William Fox and James Hardgrove by Virtue of said Decree and in the part of the said heirs and Representatives of Vachel Stogsdill Decd aforesaid do hereby as Commissioners and in Virtue of said Decree Convey unto the said heirs and Representatives of Benjamin Stogsdill Deceased fifty two acres of land being the One West of the one hundred acres of land lying and being in the County aforesaid on the Flatlick Creek as Designated in the bill of said Complainants being the one mostly as aforesaid agreeable to quality and quantity and do by these presents as the Commissioners appointed by the Court and under the Decree aforesaid on the part of the heirs and Representatives of Vachel Stogsdill Decd as hereby Convey unto the said heirs and Representatives of Benjamin Stogsdill Decd the said fifty two acres of land to the same more or less and Bounded as follows to wit Beginning at two Stumps a Gum and as he said to be and Show__ in us the Commissioners as the old Courses thence Running South 8 D.
