G. Sewel of the county and State aforesd of the other part witnesseth That the said Stogsdill for and in consideration of the Sum of Sixty Dollars to him in hand paid by the said Collier & Sewel the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained & sold & by these presents grant bargain & sell and convey unto the said Collier & Sewel two undivided interest in & to a tract of land Situate lying & being in Pulaski County in the Sinking Valley on the waters of Buck Creek containing 50 acres and patented in the name of Saml Cuppeheiffer and Wm Stogsdill Patent bearing date 18 day of June 1822 that is my own right of Inheritance and Manuel Eldridge right both of said rights descended to us from Wm Stogsdill said tract is Bounded (description of property) To Have & To Hold the aforsd 2 undivided interest in & two the aforesd tract of fifty acres to the said Stephen Collier & M. G.
