Lexington Herald Leader, Thu, Aug. 07, 2003 
SOMERSET -- Cody Dault Calder, 20, Eubank, stock clerk, died Monday from 
injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Services 11 a.m. Friday, Lake 
Cumberland Funeral Home. Visitation 4 p.m. today.
