for the County aforesaid do certify that the foregoing registry //lists// of Births Marriages & Deaths 
were truly & correctly copied from the returns of the assessor of Pulaski County & his several deputies 
for the present year -- Given under my hand as Clerk afores'd at the Clerks office in the Town of Somerset
