On motion of James Hargis ordered that he be appointed administrator of the estate of Said John Brinson dec'd Whereupon he took the oath required by law and with Lorenzo D. Phelps & Henry Warson his securities are entered & acknowledged bond to the comlth of Ky in the penalty of $200--- conditioned as the law directs And on motion of James Hargis adm of the estate of John Brinson decd ordered that Wm Bradley Esqr. Thos S Clark Thos. Stogsdale & Wm Stogsdale or any three of them being first duly sworn do inventory & appraise the personal property of slaves if any, of which said John Brinson died seized & possessed
