"Know all men by these presents that I James Dulin senr of Poliski County 
in Kentucky for and in consideration of the love and affection I have for 
my wife Mary do give and grant unto her my sd. wife Mary all and every part 
of my goods and chattles lands and tenements my meaning is that from and 
after my decease she my sd. wife Mary shall have have possess occupy and 
enjoy all and every part of my worldly estate during her natural life in 
witness I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 3rd day of 
Marcy, 1814.
