In the name of god aman, I John four of P  C being weak in body but of A Sound and perfect mind 
and memory as you may Say thus Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life being of Sound & 
blesed be the Almity God for the Same do make this my last will and testament in the manner and 
form following thus is to Say I give unto my be loveed wife all my as State lands and horses and 
Cattle Sheep and hogs and gearin and all my house hold furnitue and kichin vesees to hold, in 
peaceable persession So long as She remains a Widow after my decease the property is to be equal 
devedeed between my ears (heirs) at her marrying or her decease this be ning my last will and 
testament whear as I have this day Set my hand and Seal in the year of our lord 1845 October 28

Set at a County Court held for the County aforesaid at the Courthouse thereof in The Town of 
Somerset on Monday the 18th day of February 1850. This Writing purporting to be the last Will and 
Testment of John Four Decd. was this day produced to the Court and proven by the oaths of James B. 
Glovier and William A. Glovier Subscribing Witnesses thereto to be the True last Will and 
Testament of John Four, and being Examined and approved of by the Court was ordered to be Recorded 
and the same is done accordingly
