Collins I Rebecca W. Collins of Alta township, Harvey County, Kansas, and whose post office is Burrton, Kansas, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills, by me, at anytime heretoforemade. 1st I order and direct my executor, as soon after my dicease as practicable, to pay off and discharge all the debts, dues and liabilaties that my exist against me at the time of my death. 2 I give and bequeath to my son, Sanford H. Collins, the sum of five dollars, payable within one year after my death. 3 I give and bequeath to my son James K. Collins, the sum of five dollars, payable within one year after my death. 4 I give and bequeath to my son Albert G. Collins, the sum of five dollars, payable within one year after my death. 5 I will and bequeath to my daughter, Mary F. George, the sum of five dollars, payable within one year after my death. 6 I will and bequeath and devise the balance of my estate, after paying above bequests, as follows: One tenth of it to my son, William I. Collins. One tenth of it to my graddaughter, Bessie M. Collins. One fifth of it to my son, Sidney F. Collins. One fifth of it to my grandson, William B. George, alias William B. Redman, and who now resides at or near Mullinsville, Kansas. One fifth to my son, Powell Collins, and one fifth to my son, Thomas Collins. 6 I direct and instruct my executor, to at any time within three years after my decease, to sell all my property, both personal and real, at public or private sale, as the probate court may direct, and dispose of the proceeds as this will directs. 7 I hereby nominate and appoint my son, William I. Collins, executor of this my last will and testament, and request that he be allowed to serve without bond. In witness whereof, I have signed sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will, at Burrton, Harvey County, Kansas, this 17 day of April 1893. Rebecca W. Rebecca W.(Morefield)was married to Achilles Collins. William I. Collins was replaced by W.L. Daily as administrator because: "is now a citizen of Oklahoma Territory and is therefore outside the jurisdiction of this Court". so ordered by J.W. Johnson, Probate Judge Harvey County, Kansas.
