Will I Joseph Inabnit of the County of Pulaski and State of Kentucky, do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, to wit: I desire that a Suffiency of my personal property be sold to pay all my just debts. Secondly the estate of Cyrus Inabnit in my ____ as Administrator (of sd. Cyrus Inabnit) I desire my Exet. to pay to him the sd. Cyrus Inabnit heirs as they arrive at the age of Maturity, I desire that my son Josephus Inabnit pay to sd. Heirs of Cyrus Inabnit the sum of Two hundred and sixty dollars as they become of lawful age, the same to be paid without int. and to be deducted from the sum that I gave them as Admr. I bequeath to my son Josephus Inabnit the farm on which he now resides (by his paying the above named sum of two hundred and sixty dollars) as his entire portion of my estate, I desire that after the above named sum is paid off, my Exr. shall make him a good title to said tract of land,-I bequeath to my daughter Elviry Bradly the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to make her equal with what my other two daughters have already received, which gives to my three daughters one hundred and fifty dollars each, the advantage of my other heirs, which sum is to be deducted out of their portion of my estate in a final settlement of the same. I desire that all my lands be sold at public sale and the proceeds be equally divided among my several heirs and all the minor heirs to receive their portion, when of lawful age or final settlement is made.--I will that my son Wm M Inabnit live on the farm which he now occupies till the sale of land is made-- All my sons shall have free access to any timber on sd. land until sold--- I will that my Executor have the power or privilege to pay off and sell any portion of my land to any of my children who may wish to purchase it I will that all that portion of estate legally descending to my daughter Jane Ping (now dead, be expressly set apart for the benefit of her four children, and to be exclusively under the control of my Executor until they become of lawful age, And I hereby appoint P.S. Moore, Josephus Inabnit, as Executors of my last will and Testament.
