At a County Court held for Pulaski County at the Courthouse thereof in the Town of Somerset on 
monday the 19th day of June 1828. this Account of Sale of the Estate of Jesse Stogsdyll deceased 
was produced to the Court and Ordered to be recorded at the Same is done Accordingly

In Obedience to an order of the Pulaski County Court made at these February term 1827 to us 
directed after being first Sworn was proceded to Stlh? will is John Hincle Administrator to the 
Estate of Jesse Stogsdale Deceased we find that the amount of the Estate as appears from the list 
of Sales is $11_.__ and after giving S Hincle a credit for money he Hincle has paid for Discharge 
of Debts held by Creditors against J Estate as vouchers paid by Hincle and after Hincle Having 
got an allowance made by us for his services & expences in Administrating of J Estate we find a 
Ballance yet __ Hincles hands Unappropriated the sum of $105.77 Subject to further __
Given under our Hands this 17th Day of April 1828

At a County Court held for Pulaski County at the Courthouse thereof in the Town of Somerset on 
Monday the 16th day of November A D 1829 This Settlement of Accounts with the Administrator of 
Jesse Stogsdill Decd being Returned to the Court was ordered to Recorded and the same is done 
accordingly
