Landon & Anne Bradley Deed

This deed of conveyance made and entered into this 26th day Feb. 1918 between 
Landon Bradley and Annie Bradley his wife of Smile Rowan County Kentucky 
parties of the first part and Felix Bradley of Waltz Rowan County Kentucky 
parties of the second part. 

Witnessed that said parties of the first part for land in consideration of the 
sum of one hundred dollars cash in hand paid the receipt of which is here I do 
hereby will and convey to the party of the second part Felix Bradley. And 
assigns the following described property to wit.

 A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Rowan county state of 
Kentucky on Island Fork a tributary of Rock Fork bounded as follows to wit: 
Beginning at the road in line at a set stone and with John Bradley’s line to 
head of branch thence up the hill to the top of the hill to George Ham’s line; 
thence south with said line to B.F Trousdale line; SW with said line to the 
Whisman survey. And with said survey to James Whisman line; 

Thence S. W. with said line to the top of point West to the beginning corner 
containing fifty acres or more of land this being same land bought from James 
Whisman and Lizzie his wife by Landon Bradley. A part of the old Philip Ham 
Surveyed by deed of state 11th day of December 1917 and recorded in the office 
of the county clerk of the Rowan County Court house deed book page 47 To have 
and to hold the same together there unto There unto belonging unto the party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever in this covenant of general 
warranty. 

Testimony thereof the parties of the first part signed their names with the 
day and year of one said state of Kentucky county of Rowan

I W.H Caudill Clerk of the county court for the county and state a forgoing 
deed of conveyance from Landon Bradley and Anne his wife to Felix Bradley was 
on the 6th day of March 1918 prepared by me in said county and acknowledged 
before me by Landon Bradley and Anne his wife. Given this the 6th day of March 
1918 W.H Caudill County Court Clerk
