LOUISVILLE AREA DEATHS

Gayle Burch Ballard, 46, formerly of Louisville, died Monday in
Morehead after an illness.

She was a teacher at Farmers Elementary School in Rowan County.

Survivor: her husband, Frank M. Ballard; a son, Christopher
Ballard; daughters Rebecca and Megan Ballard; her parents, Bernard
and Frances Burch; a brother, Dr. Gene Burch; and sisters Judy
Greenwell and Bonnie Cress.

Funeral: 3 p.m. Thursday, Jesus Our Saviour Catholic Church,
Morehead. Burial: Friday, St. Joseph Cemetery, Bardstown.
Visitation: Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, after 3 p.m.
Wednesday.

    Memorial gifts: Farmers Elementary School Library Fund, Farmers,
Ky. 40319.
