  Robert V. Burns, 66, of Phoenix, an engineer, died Jan. 26,
1994.He was born in Farmers, Ky., and was an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his daughter, Nancy Grzadzinski and Debra Lynn;
son, Robert J.; and sister, Shirley Loflin. Services: 10 a.m.
