   Clearwater
   RICHARDS, CECELIA L., 96, of Safety Harbor, died Thursday (Sept.
19, 1996) at home. She was born in Burke, Ky., and came here in 1956
from Dayton, Ohio. She was an electrical assembler. She was a
member of Safety Harbor Civic Women's Club, Order of the Eastern Star
and New Hope Primitive Baptist Church, Morehead, Ky. She attended
Lone Pilgrim Primitive Baptist Church in Largo. Survivors include
seven sons, John W. and Jerry F., both of Safety Harbor, J. Paul and
Fred W., both of Clearwater, Ralph E., Largo, Louell B., Brooksville,
and Ray V., Farmers, Ky.; three daughters, Alice May Goldzwig, Safety
Harbor, Erma Artis Kiser, Clearwater, and Erie Mildred Kreitzer,
Morehead; 35 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; and 16
great-great-grandchildren. Lakeview Chapel Funeral Home/Sylvan Abbey
Memorial Park, Clearwater.
