This Indenture made this 17th day of April 1854 Between Flower/Floren
George
of the one part all of the County of Russell and State of Kentucky
Witneseth
that for and in Consideration of the sum of Twenty Five Dollars to
Unreadeable? the said
Flower/Floren? George in hand paid by the said Mary the receipt of which is

acknowledged the said Flower/Floren? George bargains sells and conveys to
the said Mary George --?? her natural life a certain tract or parcel of
land lying in Russell County on the waters of Roaming Lilly and bounded as
follows Beginning at a stake and p---? m? Bordering line thence with the
line N73 E 100/ s--? to two small glades/ Oaks and two Spanish Oaks thense
N40W245 poles to two White Oaks on the other side of the Liberty Road
thence
with Sullivans line S47?W95 poles to 4 black gums and a swamp Sulivans
corner thence S41 E200 poles to the beginning corner containing 130 acres
be
the same More or less To have and hold the said tract of land with its
appearances? unto the said Mary George during her natural life and at her
decease the said tract of land with al its appances? to revert back and be
the property of him the said Flower (This time looks like FLAUER or
FLAUEN?)
George agrees to warrant and defend the title to said tract to said tract
of land from all claims whatsoever unto the said Mary George during her
life
as of a? In witness whereof the said Flauer George hath hereunto set his
name and seal the day and year first ------- --------?
