File submitted by Gary F l a n a g a n ____________________________________________________________________________ In the name of god amen I Daniel Flanagan of Russell County and State of Kentucky being of sound Sense(?) and memory yet calling to mind the mortality of body knowing it is appointed for all men to die I do make and ordain this my last will and Testament Disallowing all other ??? wills whatsoever first I give bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Flanagan all my land horses cattle hogs Sheep Household and Kitchen furniture and Cash ??? during her lifetime or widowhood and after her Desease the remainder of my Estate if any to be equally divided between my heirs In witness whereof I give my Signature this 3 day of August 1865 His Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Daniel x Flanagan Presence of Mark William G. Bennet Russell County Court September Term 1867 The foregoing paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Daniel Flanagan decd was this 16 day of Septr 1867 produced in open court and fully proven by the oath of William G.
