Will of W.G.D. Flanagan, Russell County, KY February 7, 1931 I transcribed this from the photocopy I have. I have attempted to keep spelling, capitalization, etc. as in the original. There were a few spots where I wasn't sure of the word, indicated by question marks. Flanagan (MD), of Jamestown, Kentucky do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, First, I desire all my debts and funeral expenses paid as soon as convenient after my death. Second, I give and bequeath to my wife, Angie Flanagan, all of my personal property I may own at my death. Third, I give and devise to my said wife, for the term of her natural life, all of the real estate that I may own at my death;provided, however, that if it should become necessary for her to sell any or all of said Real estate to provide herself with the necessaries of life, she is hereby empowered to do so, and may make deed conveying fee simple title to such real estate as she may sell. Popplewell, Clerk of the Russell County Court, certify that at the April term of the Russell County Court, 1931 the foregoing instrument of writing was produced for probate and record as the last will and testament of W.G.D. Flanagan, deceased, which was read and upon proof heard and by Interrogatories(?) of Hugh and Mary Sharp, witnesses to signature of testator the same was adjudged to be the true and last will of the said W.G.D. Flanagan, deceased and was ordered to be recorded as such, whereupon the same, together with this certificate have been duly recorded in my office. Witness my hand this April 16th 1931. H.B.
