Know all men by these presents that we CONRADE (?) WOLF and DAVID WOLF are

held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of $600 
current

money   the payment whereof well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our 
heirs 

Exor’s & Admn’s jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed & dated 
this 7 day 

of Feby 1820


The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound CONRADE 
[sic]

WOLF shall well and truly pay and deliver unto WILLIAM WOLF orphan of JACOB 

WOLF all such Estate as now is or hereafter shall become due to the said 
orphan when he 

shall attain to lawful age to demand the same or when thereunto required by 
the Justices 

of the peace for the time being for the county of Scott and also discharge his 
duty herein 

in such a manner as to save harmless and indemnify the said Justices and their 
successors 

 from all trouble or [illegible] which shall or may arise about said estate 
then the above 

obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue
