Bill:  Armstead JONES v Geo SMITH heirs
Filed:  20 Sept 1832

Bill filed in regard to the 20 June 1832 purchase of 157 acres on the waters 
of Little Bullskin Creek,  Geo. SMITH to Armstead JONES. SMITH died shortly 
after making the conveyance, leaving James M. SMITH, Joseph N. SMITH, Mary 
Margaret SMITH & Mildred Turner SMITH his only heirs, the last three being 
under the age of twenty one years and as a consequence of their infancy, 
unable to make title to JONES who asks that the court appoint a commissioner 
to convey the title to JONES.
Note: The file jacket carries 1835, 1836 (3), 1837 (3), 1838 (final decree) 
entries relative to the disposition of the suit.
