Description:  157 acres including the residence, but excluding the family 
burying ground of about an eighth of an acre "laid off to Will SMITH"; begins 
on the north side of the turnpike, mentions lines of Philip JOHNSTON, C. 
PENCE, and Tho. GREEN; JONES to take possession on or before 1 Oct 1832 upon 
payment of fifteen hundred dollars
Note:  The description doesn't say it, but this land is on Little Bullskin 
Creek.
