Deed Bk A, p 330-332 TARDIVEAU; ALLIN; THOMAS; PATTON; POPE; BOSWELL; ROBERTS; LOGAN; OWEN This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of July one thousand Seven hundred and ninety four Between TARDIVEAU brothers of the one part and Andrew ALLIN & John ALLIN of Shelby County State of Kentucky of the Other part Witnesseth that the said TARDIVEAU BROTHERS for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have given granted and sold, and by these presents do give grant and sell unto the said Andrew and John their Heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land situate in Shelby County Containing five hundred acres being part of a four thousand acre tract, conveyed to Peter TARDIVEAU out of a thirty thousand acre tract surveyed for Mark THOMAS, James PATTON & Benjamin POPE which five hundred acres are bounded as followith Begining three hundred and forty two poles from the south western corner of the said thirty thousand acre Survey, at a large poplar and two beech trees ___ North twenty Degrees Ea st three hundred & forty poles to a large beech white ash & white Elm, thence south seventy East two hundred & thirty four poles to a Beech thence south twenty West three hundred & forty two poles to a beech, thence North ____ty West two hundred & thirty four poles to the Begining To have & to hold the said five hundred acres with all & singular its appurtenances unto the said Andrew & John, their Heirs & assigns the only Propper use & behoof of them the said Andrew & John their Heirs and assigns forever & the said TARDIVEAU Brothers for themselves, their Heirs the said five hundred acres with its appurtenance unto the said Andrew & John their heirs & assigns against the claim of all persons will ___ these presents Warrant & forever defend in ___whereof they have hereunto set their hands & ____ the day & year first written TARDIVEAU brothers Signed Sealed & Delivered by in presence of P.
