Montgomery of the Other part all of Shelby County Kentucky witnesseth that the Said Ross in Consideration of the sum of $300 to him in hand paid hath bargained and sold and doth by these presents bargain Sell and Convey to Said Montgomery and his heirs forever track of Land in Shelby County On the waters of Benson Creek and which is there bounded beginning at 2 Beeches Corner to a stake[?] thence with his line N 104? Poles to a blue ash and hickory in Bufords line thence with the Same E136 Poles to a buckeye beech and white Oak on what is Called the buck branch thence S 34 1/2 W 77 1/2 Poles to _ ___ _____ thence S 17 W121 Poles to 3 beeches near _____ Canes thence with his Line N72 W100 Poles to an elm Walnut and Ash thence N 95 E 58 poles to the beginning Containing 100 acres To have and To hold the Said land to him the Said Montgomery and his heirs forever and the Said Ross Covenants that he will warant and defend the ____ possessions of said land to the Said Montgomery and his heirs forever against all persons Claiming _____ the Said Ross who Claim ____ W.
