Said conveyance is made subject to all easements and restrictions of record and the rules and regulations of the Triple S Planning and Zoning Commission. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the foregoing described property together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the parties of the second part, their successors and/or assigns, and with covenant of general warranty, that said premises shall be kept, maintained, and disposed of for the benefit of The United Methodist Church and subject to the usages and the Discipline of the United Methodist Church.
