Given under my hand as clerk, this 17th day of March 1858. W. A. Chism Clerk, Shelby County Court _ I, Lewis Thurman Ross, being sworn, state that I am well acquainted with Matilda W. Corbin, daughter of William and Ann Corbin and that I believe her to be 21 years of age. Witness my hand this 17 March 1858. L. T.
