Item, I do bequeath to my daughter Mary when she is married one of my mares colts and a bed and furniture, the colt- I mean now that is with foal. Item, I do bequeath to my daughters, Massy, Caty & Sarah to have according to my oldest daughter Mary when she is married. Item, I do leave & bequeath to my beloved wife Catherine the whole of living such as lands, horses, cows, hogs, and all other living creatures, household furniture and all other property to raise my children and school them as long as she remains a widow and if continuing so until she dies then the land is to be equally divided among my sons and the rest of my property. Item, after my departure I make choice of my brothers John & Edward to be my executors & to pay my lawful debts and also to see that my children and living is done by agreeable to this my last will and testament.
