SNIDER mentions:

Mollie A. SNIDER,lot#4, 25 acres

Mrs. Sarah E. SNIDER,widow of Jos. SNIDER dec'd,  40 acres and the dwelling 
(the dower)

Being partitioned were 161 and 3/4 acres on Brashears Creek. The description
