I James STOUT do in perfect Senses make this my last Will and Testament to wit

as to my Brother Sam'l STOUT I will and bequeath all my property both Real & 
personal after funeral Expenses and all my Debts are paid and do hereby appoint 
my said brother Sam'l STOUT my Only Executor.

In Witness WHerof I have here unto set my hand & Seal this fifteenth day of 
July in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred & Ninety nine.

August Court 1799 the Witin last Will and Testament of James STOUT Deceeased 
was proved to be the Act & Devise of Said STOUT by the Oaths of Richard STEELE 
& Joseph FICKLIN and Ordered to be Recorded
