               Will of Margaret "Peggy" (Bush) Wells

In the name of God Amen I Peggy Wells being sick and weak of body but in my
perfect mind and sense and calling unto mind the mortality of my body and
knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this
my last will and Testament and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it
has pleased God to Bless me in this life I give and dispose of same in the
following manner.

Item; I do wish and do hereby give and bequeath all the property that I now
possess and may hereafter possess to my daughters and son as follows; namely
Frankey Stone, Lydia Fristoe, Betsy Stone, Sally Stone, Peggy Stone and
Haden Wells to be equally divided.

Item; I do hereby appoint my two sons James Stone and Coleman Stone
executors to this my last will and Testament revoking all others.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of
February eighteen hundred and fourteen.
