Drury AKERS and ESTER his wife of the Vigo County, Indiana to William GUNN 
of Spencer County, Kentucky ... for and in consideration of the sum of four 
hundred dollars to them in hand paid ...  have bargained sold and conveyed a 
certain track or parcel of land lying and being in Spencer County on the waters of 
Big Plumb Creek and bounded as follows: Beginning where John MARTINS and 
Wm. JOHNSTONS line intersects it being JOHNSONS Closing line Corner of two 
beeches & hickory running thence with P. JOHNSON’S line... to a white oak in a 
branch of PURSELL’s run... containing 150 acres  be the same more or less.
