10 July 1826 Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book A p. 362  David ASHBY and Sarah his wife 
of the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky to Jacob MILLER of the County 
and state aforesaid... that for and in consideration of the sum of seven 
hundred and seventy five dollars to them in hand paid  have given granted 
bargained and sold a certain tract of land situated in Spencer Cty. on the 
waters of Beach Creek and part of  a survey in the name of POPE and bouded  by 
MILLERS corner and B. NETHERLAND’s line.
