STONE of the County aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid hath granted and sold a certain tract of land in Spencer Co. on Brashears Creek being the same tract conveyed by Edmund CURD and wife to George STONE by Deed bearing date 16 Dec 1807.
