4 March 1825 William COOK to John P. SHAW for and in consideration of the sum 
of forty one dollars lawful money in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold 
a tract or parcel of land situate and being in the County of Spencer on the 
waters of Little Beach Creek (amount of acres is too damaged to read)... 
bounded by COOKS line.
