FOREMAN Dec’d of the County of Spencer of the one part to James TAYLOR of the said county of the other part all of the state of Kentucky that for and in consideration of the sum of $1500 to him in hand paid hath bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of Land situate and lying in the aforesaid County of Spencer on the waters of Big Plumb Creek, a branch of Salt River containing 150 acres more or less and bounded by BOYLES line...
