14 March 1825  Benjamin HOLSCLAW of Spencer County and State of Ky of the one part to 
James TICHENOR of the County and State aforesaid of the other part that for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid hath given granted 
bargained and sold one Certain tract or parcel of Land lying and being in Spencer County 
on Camp run Waters of Simpson Creek being part Walker DANIEL’s 1000 acre survey and bounded 
by a corner to Lindorn (?) LUCAS containing ten acres.
