2 Feb 1831 Spencer Co. KY Deed Book C p. 28 HENRY HOLT of the one part to 
KENNON HOLT of the other part... that whereas JONATHAN HARTMAN and MARY his 
wife of the County of Shelby did by Deed bearing date 13 April 1812 convey unto 
KENNON and HENRY HOLT a certain tract of land in said Deed specified...   for 
and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid 
the said HENRY HOLT has this day bargained and sold the said Tract of land 
bounded by TERRAL’s Survey... to  a beech corner of JACOB RUBLE...to a stone 
corner to JACOB RUBLE and SOLOMON HARMAN containing one hundred and eight acres.
