Spencer Co. KY Deed Book B p. 59  JAMES JONES and ELIZABETH JONES his wife of Spencer County 
and State of Kentucky of the one part to Jeremiah WEAVER  of the same County and State of the other 
part.... for and in consideration of one hundred and ten dollars  in hand paid for Eleven acres of Land 
Situate on Grays Run and bounded by JAMES  JONES line... to the Butment of Weaver’s Mill Dam.
