THURMAN of the County of Nelson and State aforesaid of the other part . For and in consideration of the Sum of Forty five Dollars to them in hand paid Have granted bargained and sold all our right title and interest in one undivided fourth part of a certain Tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in Spencer County which was allotted by order of the Spencer County Court to Elizabeth THURMAN, widow and relict of the said Edward/Edmund THURMAN Dec’d as her Dower in the lands of which he died seized and possessed.
