26 April 1828 Spencer Co. Deed Book B p. 205 This indenture made and entered into 
between Elias KINCHELOE as Guardian for Eliza DOYAL, Alexander DOYAL, John DOYAL 
also as agent for Malinda DOYAL heirs and representatives of Owen DOYAL dec’d of 
the one part and Elizabeth MARTIN of the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky 
of the other part... for and in consideration of the sum of fifty three dollars 
and Seventy two cents to me Secured I have this day Sold and by these presents 
Convey to the said Elizabeth MARTIN a certain tract or parcel of Land situate 
lying and being in the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky on the waters of 
Brashears Creek and Bounded by Basye’s Mill ... to a stone in James MARTINS’s line
... Containing Seventeen acres be the same more or less.
