Spencer Co. Deed Book D p. 429  

7 Aug 1833 Joseph LLOYD of the County of Spencer, State of Kentucky,  to Philip 
W. CRUME of same for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and eighty 
dollars in hand paid... for a tract of land situate in the County of Spencer 
and Nelson counties, State of Kentucky,  on the waters of Coxes Creek 
containing eighty acres more or less.  Patsy LLOYD his wife hereby 
relinquesthes her right of Dower.
