(signed) Joseph L. McGEE Celia McGEE Recorded 13 March 1825 Spencer Co. KY Court These were very difficult to read because parts of them were at the bottom half of the deed book which in Spencer Co. means they got damaged. The only thing I was not certain of name-wise was IRVIN - after staring at it a very long time I think IRVIN is what it is but if anyone knows differently please let me know so I can fix it. There were plenty of Irvins in Spencer Co. and it gets interchanged with Irwin - I have never known if they are two distinct families and people just mixed it up when they wrote it down at times or if it is all the same group with spelling variants. I do know I have seen documents where they start the deed as an IRWIN and sign it as an IRVIN so go figure... Anne
