13 Oct 1827  Spencer Co. KY Deed Book B p. 83 Joseph McGREW and Sally 
his wife of Spenser County and State of Kentucky of the one part to Isaac 
PIERSON of Sullivan County State of Indiana, witnesseth that for and in 
consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to them in hand paid have 
bargained and sold and delivered a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being 
in the County and State aforesaid on the waters of Salt River containing ____ (left 
blank) acres and bounded by a corner to P. STOUT.... to  Joseph RICHEY’s corner.

Spencer Co. KY Deed Book B p. 7 Article of Agreement made and entered into 
between Andrew BIGGS of the one part and ROBERT RICHEY of the other part 
both of the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky... the said Andrew BIGGS 
gives up the possessions of all the properties, personal peaceably into the hands 
of ROBERT RICHEY and I Robert RICHEY do bind myself and my heirs to 
Andrew BIGGS and ELIZABETH BIGGS  and furnish them a comfortable living 
during their natural lives as it is understood that the said ANDREW BIGGS and 
wife have no claim on the above mentioned property from the date of this Articule 
but hold the Claim of their maintenance and clothing so long as they both shall 
live on ROBERT RICHEY.  Given under our hands and seals this 3 March 1827.

County dated 12 Feb 1827 directing the Clerk to bind out ANGELINE RICHEY, 
infant orphan of THOMAS RICHEY of the age of Two years 12 Feb 1827 unto 
REUBEN KEMP to learn the art of a Spinster.... she shall faithfully serve her 
master and his secrets keep and his lawful commands Gladly do obey...
