14 October 1824  The Heirs and representatives of John MILER Deceased: 
Alexander MILLER and Sarah his wife of Nelson County and State of Kentucky, 
Huch CONNAWAY and Esther his wife of Morgan County and State of Illinois, 
Adam CARRITHERS and his wife Elizabeth of Spencer County and State of 
Kentucky, Joseph MILLER and Nancy his wife of Shelby County and State of 
Kentucky, Ruth WIBLE of Spencer County and State of Kentucky, Isaac MILLER 
and Ann his wife of Spencer County and State of Kentucky, Stephen MILLER and 
his wife Ruth of Spencer County and State of Kentucky, Robert ROBISON and 
Abigail his wife of Spencer County and of Kentucky of the one part.  Witnesseth 
that the Heirs of John MILLER, Deceased for and in consideration of one hundred 
and thirty four dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they do hereby 
acknowledge have granted sold and confirmed to John H. MILLER a certain tract or 
parcel of Land lying and being in the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky on 
the waters of the East fork of Coxes Creek beginning at James STALLARD’s corner... 
to a sugar tree on SLAUGHTER’s old line.
